MM Powerplus began its journey in the mid-1990s by acquiring the UK BICC Asia Pacific electrical busway manufacturing division, subsequently shifting its operations from Australia to Macau, a Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China. Following years of sustained success, the company was acquired in 2013 by Wetown Electric Group Co., Ltd. (Shanghai Stock Exchange: 688226), establishing its international headquarters in Hong Kong.
