Powerplus V Busway
Design
Powerplus V busway system offers 3P3W, 3P4W and 3P5W power supply distribution with rated current from 250A to 5000A for aluminum conductor and 400A – 5000A for copper conductor. The system have a rated operation voltage up to 690V (rated insulation voltage up to 1000V), IP degree up to IP66 and frequency of 50-60Hz.
Casing
The unique “serrated surface” design of extruded aluminum housing greatly improves the heat dissipation for the whole busway system. By the design of two-pieces housing, Powerplus V series busway is much more reliable on IP protection.
Joint-bolt Design
Single joint-bolt design is applied to shorten the time of connection. The double headed “break off” joint bolt is applied to tighten the busway with just a common 16mm socket wrench and Belleville spring washers are used to ensure pressure evenly applied across the joint.
Error-proof Device
A unique error-proof device is designed to prevent potential damage on the busway due to incorrect connection. With this unique device, the installers cannot connect two sections of busway successfully with incorrect phase orientation. The bridge type joint allows 8mm liner adjustment.
